媒體報導，中國大陸紫光集團擬參股矽品等3台廠，紫光集團在短短40天迅速買進台灣封測第二、三、四大廠各25%股權，紫光負責串連IC設計到封測供應鏈，在參股台灣的封測廠後，下一步是瞄準IC設計廠。
